Hello From LHR Clubhouse

Arrived at 16.30 quite quiet then. starting to fill up now. Just had afternoon tea and have a facial booked for later. Mr D as had a very nice haircut. The service is impeccable. y) Might just have room to fit in dinner before the flight. Looking foward to some sunshine in U.A.E. visting Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

When is it open? It looked kind of open on the Saturday afternoon I was there, but nobody was at the bar. We sat up there for a bit (perusing the menu) and nobody came.

It is supposed to open late afternoon around 4-ish, subject to it not being commandeered by celebs

The clubhouse very busy now the fullest I have seen. Managed to have a soup and another starter for my main course both very good. Hopefully will be able to go straight to sleep on the flight although travelling in economy. Asked in the clubhouse if emergency exits were available and told to check at 6pm if available then we could have them at no charged. Which we have. Have been given 31H&K complimentary. y) Is this new? Buns sticking to the champagne, but checked the Grey Goose lounge and no celebs.
