Hi,

As always I've bought too much and had to pay for an extra bag online which I completed two days ago, we are flying VS006 on 6/4.

I cannot find the confirmation email (it may have been deleted by accident), is there anywhere on the Virgin website I can look to see if the purchase has gone through? I don't want to do it again as it is non refundable.

:| Please ignore the above, finally got through to FC and they have said it is in their system. Despite purchasing a couple of days ago, it has only hit their system as 12.30am yr time. Email has just arrived to confirm. 10.15pm here in Florida. Nice to know they keep on top of things ?|

Indeed, ever noticed how long it takes for an eticket to arrive after booking - I sometimes think that in this digital age, VS moves work around in paper baskets in Crawley Towers!
