Travelling with disability

First time poster! Travelling to Vegas from Manchester March 2013. My friend has a disability which prevents her walking very far, can anyone give me any advice about seating and where is the best place to sit. Do we have to book these seats or is this done at check in?

My recommendation would be to contact the Special Assistance team. They are very helpful and will recommend the best seating based on your personal circumstances.
