Who do I write to to compliment outstanding service

We had some outstanding service when my partner felt ill on our recent flight.
I would like to give some positve feeddback to Virgin about two of the crew.
Rather than just fill in a form on the VS website, does anybody have an email address that I can use.

Best thing, is a proper letter, on paper, sent to The Office in Crawley. The crew involved get to see a copy of it and comes into play come promotions etc.
