Could be many reasons - nothing stands out as obvious. It is being operated by G-VROM which didn't operate a flight yesterday so it wasn't because that was late in.
It could be, crew issues, tech issues on either that a/c or another one and required a swap, route/planning issues - unfortunately it is very rare that we will find out what has caused it.
