Hello, this is my first time in posting something on this forum and sorry if i am in wrong section.

I'm travelling on PE VS015 to Orlando on 5th August with my family and i can't choose our seats as the flight might be refurbished until check-in.

Does anyone know if we will be on a new plane and should we sit in the bubble or downstairs?

Also, we are a party of family 9 travelling together with one child, two seniors and a very tall one! and when I spoke to customer services they were unable to ensure we were all sat together but could make a note in our booking. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Many thanks in advance for any help/ suggestions

Hi and welcome,

Sorry but you won't know if you are one of the refurbed planes until OLCI opens at T-24. This is also the best chance to try and get seats together. If you are all on one booking you should hopefully be sat together/close, but if you do OLCI as soon as it opens then it gives you the best options if there are options to change your seats.

Should all else fail check in as early as possible at the airport and the team will do there best to get you as close together as possible.

Neil
