Good evening folks. In a vein attempt at trying to collate a document of unusual Virgin movements, here is some more nosey questions for you is any one could answer why etc etc...
VSXY operated VS657/8 to Accra on June 26th - how comes?! This is usually a 343 rotation, at push a 346, but never a 333 as far as I am aware?
VWOW diversion to FPO operating as VS006 on June 15th
I see G-VFIT operated as VS914 from Washington Dulles down to Miami on July 27th. Any ideas on this unusual movement?
VYOU diversion to Brisbane as VS200 on July 23rd
VWIN diversion to ESB as VS400 on July 16th
VAST diversion to YYT as VS016 to MCO on May 22nd
I also see VSHY flew from MAN to LGW - assuming after a paint job at MAN on July 11th, before flying to LDE on July 26th after a lenghty stay at Gatwick. Any particular reaosn why?I always though was where VS stored thair aircraft when not needed?
VAIR diversion to LGW on VS096 on July 31st
VMEG spent a week or so flying out of Glasgow-MCO during July. Were they short of an aircraft up there then?
VXLG diversion to KEF (usually a medical here I think), on June 3rd as VS086.
