Time for treatments?

Hi All

I was wondering what time would need to be in the LHR Clubhouse to take advantage of treatments before our 10:30 AM flight to SFO?

Be there for opening at 7am, book treatment for @8-8.30am then you can have breakfast before.

I arrived just after 8am for the SFO flight and was able to get a slot but there were only about three left by then

I get there at Drive Through Check-In just after 7am and get my hair cut at 8 or 8:30 with Sandy.
