Just in case it happens to anyone else I logged in to the VA website today to see if maybe the seat map had appeared before OLCI opened (which it had not) only to spot my previous request for a special meal had disappeared and no meal request was showing. Luckily outside of the 48 hours I was able to select my meal request again
