Clubhouse Access via Virgin Holidays

Flying LGW-HAV on November 10th in PE (no availability in UC) and would like to purchase Clubhouse access.

Phoned VH and they told me to speak directly to VS. Phoned VS and they say I have to arrange via VH !

Any suggestions for easy resolution or do I simply ask at check-in? ?|

You have to book direct with VH - there is limited access so the may be sold out.

If your booking is with Virgin Holidays call them back (and ask to speak to someone that knows what they are doing, try via the new bookings option as that way it will go through to the UK and avoid their useless off-shore post-booking call centre) as it is indeed them who book this for you.

You did used to be able to book this online but don't think you can now.

Thanks so much for the quick replies. I called them again today and a very helpful agent got it all sorted within a few minutes!
