MAN - LAS addition to Fare Watch tool?

Hi,

I'm a new user and while I am still trying to look around the site and learn all this new stuff about fare codes and loads etc. I have noticed that Manchester to Las Vegas isn't included in the Fare Watch tool?

Anyone know why this is and if it is likely to be added anytime soon?

Hi and welcome.

Because of the amount data the Fare Watch tool uses we can only have so many routes running at any time. When the tool was first set up earlier this year, we ran a poll to see which were the most popular destinations and those are the ones that are listed.

Of course things could change, but right now there are no plans to have MAN-LAS as an option.

As Neil says, the tool does create a fair bit of overhead on the servers at both ends (here and Virgin), but if there's a few more voices of support for MAN-LAS, I can certainly look at adding it.
