PE in the bubble - row 20 or 23?

Can anyone help.

We have the option of row 20 or row 23 in the bubble.

Trip reports on here suggest row 23 suffers from poor food choices while row 20 suffers from the toilet queue.

What i'm really interested in is how much seat width you loose at row 20 because of the arm TV. Is the legroom slightly better with no one in front?

Can anyone help?

I would vote for row 23. Theres a lot more traffic to use the toilets now that it's a split PE/Economy cabin.

Go further back. The flow of people loitering at the toilet is quite annoying especially after a meal. We were in 22 on out way out to St Lucia. We fly back next weekend in the downstairs PE section
