Hi there everyone,

I've booked my tickets to New York, and have received my confirmation email and today received my travel pack. My travel pack included a copy of my itinerary and two booklets about general things. I don't have any physical tickets. Will my itinerary and copy of the email be enough to board the plane? Also, what documents to I need to show my hotel when I arrive?

Many thanks,

Barry :)

Barry

Hello and welcome.

Who did you book with - was it Virgin Holidays? I ask as that may determine what you expect to be in the pack.

Don't forget that you will also need an ESTA to be approved otherwise you won't be getting on the plane (that is if you (and everyone else traveling) don't already have one).

If booked through VH you should also have a voucher for the hotel in the pack.
