This may seem like a stupid question but for my upcoming trip to Miami the return flight on the 12th May shows all of PE as blocked now, until the last few days there was one seat showing free.

Does this mean all of PE is sold? Expert flyer shows some availability in PE fare codes and you can still buy PE seats online.

I'm hoping for a G to come up however don't want a downgrade!

It could be that all of the requestable seats have been requested. I can't remember the percentage but I think it's 60% that are available to request before your flight.

The rest will be released when OLCI opens - if you haven;t already requested your seat, hopefully you will be able to then.

Good luck getting your reward seat. Have you called CS about a G? ii)

Thanks waatp. Already have an aisle in PE requested, travelling alone I dread being trapped by a stranger :(

Oh yes, keep calling regularly for a G although I may of used up all my luck for this year in getting G's as had two in March and have one for my outbound to MIA but I'm keeping everything crossed and will keep checking... ;)

My thoughts are that things always change and it is always worth asking at the airport too! Some folks have great luck and bag a juicy bargain and sometimes the fares are just a little too eye-watering!

Keep an eye out on the plane when you are boarded and if there is space in the UC cabin, they *may* be able to do you a deal.
Good luck!

Very chuffed with that! Now to decide where to sit... thinking about trying the bubble...... there's only 14 or 16 right in the pointy bit

If you are travelling alone, go for 16, if as a couple, go for 14, but definitely go for the A zone (the pointy bit as you called it) ahead of the upper deck.

It's all down to personal choice, however I would still choose the A zone.
