Hi all
Flew PE into San Fran on the 19 yesterday and just wanted to to post that we had a great flight with a really attentive cabin crew. Plenty of drinks brought around and the food was pretty good too, King prawns with mixed bean salad in a citrus dressing to start then a choice of beef stroganoff with long grain white rice or roast chicken breast with roast potatoes and broccoli in a mild mustard sauce (which I had and very tasty it was too) or vegetable lasagne then Belgian white chocolate cake to follow. We were off the aircraft and waiting on the curb for the shuttle bus in 25 mins flat WOW :0 y) . That's when it all changed with the shambles of a service super shuttle provided, I have another name for them but I cannot post it here. We were put on one van then kicked off that and put on another then we sat on that one for 40 mins while the driver tried to figure out why one of his pax was not on his list. He had to keep moving to the next bus stop because airport security didn't like him being in one place too long. All this in 80deg with no air on in a 12 seater van what an absolute shambles. Anyway we are here now been up since 3am gonna walk down to the wharf in a moment and grab some brekkie.

That's a shame because super shuttle are normally OK but obviously we all have off days.

Maybe an email to them is in order.

Welcome to SF, lovely weather we're having right now! I absolutely cannot stand SuperShuttle, however it is what it is...I typically use these guys, they're $45-50 to SFO from anywhere in SF and are always smart and courteous: http://www.sflimo.net/ really not that much more than SuperShuttle if there's more than one of you and less than a cab, and much much much nicer.
