Adding flight to existing booking

We have return flights to LAX currently booked but we are unsure of our travel plans whilst in California. We may wish to end our stay in San Francisco.

Is it possible to add a one way VX or DL booking to our itinerary to take us from SFO to LAX? Ideally we would like it on the same PNR so bags are transferred. As upper passengers would we be booked into VX First?

You won't be able to add it to your existing PNR I am afraid.

As Neil says, it would have to be a separate booking on a separate PNR.

And if you want to fly 1st class you'd have to pay for it. VX do, however, sell pretty cheap last minute upgrades if there are still unsold seats 6 hours before departure, worth considering if you're wiling to take the risk.
