Just a quick question to keep me occupied whilst I wait to Apr 28 (T-60) :(! so I can choose my seats. But I have read elsewhere that VA are 'retiring' the A340's does that mean the ORD route will be the 330 then? ?|

In case you wondered, the 343 is one of the few planes on the fleet with Vera Reel, the very old looping in flight entertainment.

Two of the three remaining A343s have the old Vera Reel, the third has a newer and better on demand IFE. Unfortunately it's down to pot luck which one you'll get.

If you're on a Vera Reel plane, in UC they'll give you a tablet loaded with films.

Don't you have a 1/3 chance of getting one that does not? Plus, if you do, don't they still give out tablets to UC pax? Albeit, not the same as VeraOD, but better than Y.
