Hi

I am flying PE with the family on VS43 at the end of July. We are coming up to 90 days before we fly and I'm sure I had an email saying I could reserve seats at 90 days but now it seems to be 60 days. Could someone let me know which it is.

Many thanks.

It is T60, so for you the end of May.

The way you choose your seat is changing
We know how important choosing a seat is to you and over the last couple of years we’ve been working hard and investing in ways to improve the process.
If you are in Upper Class, Premium Economy, Economy booked in Y or B class, a Flying Club Gold member or you made a confirmed booking on or before 16 December 2013, you will be exempt from any charges for selecting your seat.
From 25 June, all Economy customers will be able to select seats free of charge at check in but for those customers wanting to assign a seat before this time, the service will be available for a fee.

This means that until 25 June, all customers will be able to select their seats free of charge from 60 days before flight departure.

From 25 June, seats will be available to select from time of booking up to 336 days before departure.
Charges will apply to all routes (except London Heathrow to Tokyo).
When you can assign your seats
The process to select your seat is changing and will launch on 25 June 2014.

It was always 90 days, then it changed and no one knew. Update after update eventually gave us 60.

If you go to their main page they do have a spreadsheet where you can input your flight number and it will give the exact date.

Have a great flight and do post a trip report.
