Argh!!! VS IT

As I have been doing the last few days just checked for G availability on a return leg for an upcoming flight and there is now availability.

Call the premier team only to be told their systems are down for the next hour

A couple of years ago I did an upgrade to UC but I had a really helpful member of staff at virgin who checked for me and called me when reward seats were available.
This year I'm doing it by myself.
I feel a lot more confident with all the help and advice I've picked up here, so a quick thank you to those who have shared their knowledge.
I'm still at the checking stage on the outbound but hope in a month or two to be making the call.
