Obviously this depends on where you want to go and personal preference, but I was wondering, as I’m not really bothered where I go, what are the easiest flights to book using miles. Are they all the same, hit and miss or are some destinations easier to book then others.

Thanks in advance

Tokyo seems to have reasonable availability for reward seats too as far as I can tell. Plenty of availability over the next few months at least.

Funny the replies so far, as I've booked several miles upgrades and full rewards fares to and from NYC (just one last night). I've also been eyeing up the Tokyo route as that does seem to have very good availability as far as longer haul routes go on VS.

Edit: also bearing in mind I'm usually looking for G upgrades, and there are more seats on the LHR based fleet, at least on the 744s.

True, and it's rainy season June / July too I think. Which is why I'm headed there next week :)
