Just needed to move a PE reward booking to IAD from July 2014 to April 2015 and wanted to call out how fantastic the service at the contact centre was.
Really great service - conf availability quickly and expl the marginal cost diff (taxes) and change fee = Job done.
I was not previously aware you could move a reward booking so easily - that feature and the great service over the phone is something I wanted to share! so here it is!!
