Requesting child meals

Why can't child meals be requested on-line via "Manage Your Booking"? It's possible to reserve anything from Kosher to Muslim and Gluten Free to Vegan Vegetarian but there are no options for children. Seems a strange oversight. Does anyone know if there is a reason?

I recall I could book child meals on line back in May.

It may be that they only show on Child bookings??

I have booked a child meal for our flight in September on manage my booking online on an infant ticket

If you want a child meal for an adult you have to call them ;-)
