Is there any way to do this online? I can't figure it out. The Virgin website says you can buy Miles Booster by going into "Manage Your Booking" but as my flight is over now I can't access that page anymore. Do I have to call? Would rather buy online.
You have to call up Virgin. You can purchase Miles Booster retroactively on trips taken in the last six months.
Yes, you need to call the FC for retroactively purchasing miles through the Miles Booster. I believe you can only do it online for future flights.
As you have 6 months to use the Miles Booster after the flights, if you are not in any rush to get hold of the miles (and use them), it might be worth holding off and see if there are any promotions coming up. They run offers fairly regularly, and if not, you can always use it just before the 6 months are up.
