Just a quick query about how long it usually takes for claims for missing miles from partners to be addressed. I've had to do this once with SQ and Virgin responded to my e-mail query within three weeks, and the miles were credited within six weeks. I made a claim for a Delta flight in early-mid August and haven't received any confirmation of receipt of my e-mail from Virgin as of yet (it's now almost a month since I sent it). From searches it seems like six weeks is the golden number for credit, and I wondered if that was still the case. If anyone else has had to claim for a DL flight, what was your experience like?
