With Virgin Atlantics poor website in which some of the website is new and some is old and some is somewhere in between, it does seem to be a mismash of information. With some parts working and some parts not (the useful upgrade / companion fare class ticket finder for example).

Even something simple like contacting the flying club seems to be a lot harder then it should be, there are three different flying club numbers on the site. If you stumble on the old site and click contact flying club you get email addresses, but on the new site you get a 'Feedback' form, which seems to be on the old site and has the tiny text fields which makes reading what you are doing hard.

Is there any definate way to contact the flying club? I did try calling but gave up after 45 minutes on the phone and being cut off, calling from outside the UK is quite expensive.

You're right, their web site is a shambles. Why don't you paste that exact post on their FB page, I think we'd all be interested to see VS's response :?

It is a very bizarre website, in that you have this quite nice flashy exterior, but then some of it looks like it was flashy...in the 90s when the web was new!!
