Here for the first time before my Little Red flight to Edinburgh.

And ... wow! What a difference compared to Servisair in T1!

A very good hot & cold food selection (Thai chicken curry, meatballs, chickpea ragout, pumpkin soup, salad, bread & hummus, cheeses, canapes, muffins, cakes, fruit, fruit salad).

Bar service (though a bit limited and only 2 free premium drinks allowed on PP).

And above all - quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

It's available to Priority Pass & Airport Angels holders so what with this and the excellent United lounge over in T2B which also takes PP and has an excellent full and totally free cocktail bar, LR passengers really are spoilt for choice!

....and dark!
Shame there's no windows and no natural light. I prefer the T2 Aer Lingus lounge for that reason.

Not sure how I missed this yesterday - a good food selection there for sure and sounds like a comfortable place for a couple of hours.

I was in the Gold Circle lounge again on Thursday afternoon in T2 and it was quiet, shame the soup is exactly the same brand that use to be served over in the Servisair lounge at T1 and wasnt always that good -but love the natural light and friendly service and its world away from the Servisair lounge at T1 thank goodness.

Enjoy LR this weekend....
