Hello from the LHR clubhouse

Having lost my seats because VS failed to issue me my changed and upgraded ticket before my departure (despite saying they would) it was a bit of a heated checkin, but we have now retreated to the tranquility that is a relatively empty Clubhouse and have decided to drink and eat away the frustrations and write Crawley tomorrow.

Think I just saw G-VNEW pull out of the stand on its way to BOS. Very shiny! Can't wait to fly on the 787.

There are worse things in the world than losing your seats but I can understand your frustration when VS failed to deliver on their promises so a letter to Crawley Towers is in order.
