Reward Seat Checker

I have been keeping an eye on reward seats for late next year, It looks like virgin revenue team take a break from the 24th with no new reward seats released since then.

However last night and this morning when I search for any reward seat on any route I get the following error:

There are no flights available for October. Please try another month.

Anyone else getting this, I wonder if they are trying to catch things up following Christmas or if they are all still on their jollies and it has fallen over

I'm not sure what is happening with the website, but can tell you that when I called up on 27th to book some Gs (not for me, sadly, but as a gift to the MIL), the VS agent was able to see more Gs than I could online. So it could be that their IT guys are taking an, err, "well-deserved" break, and their website needs updating...

I suggest you give them a call and see what they say.

Hello, I've been looking everyday at Manchester - Orlando, and I'm getting this message today. I've tried it for lots of different dates so it must be a website blip!

Same problem here. I've been checking numerous times daily for reward seats MAN to MCO in July/August. Probably going to have to settle for PE seats due to availability but as of last night there are no reward seats at all showing for these months.......

I get the same issue when looking for reward flights in Nov 15 for LHR-LAX. In fact I have looked at August, Sept, Oct & Nov and get the same "no flights" message which looks very odd to me!

Virgin's IT playing up again?

working for me now, looks like someone has woken the IT dept up!!

The IT dept were awake this morning or someone was given the 12 text messages and 8 emails I got from them!

I didn't get any error messages, but I've been checking availability to HKG for a while and it was showing no UC reward availability at all past about March/April. Checked today and it seems like they released UC reward seats up to at least September (I only checked that far ahead) all at once... So I think they very recently did a spot of housekeeping!
