Just a heads up if anyone flies the route, but I got notified today my flight has been brought forward (for July) from 17.30 to 13.05

I asked if it was Delta taking the slot, but they said no.

TBH - That is a much better flight time for everyone.
Its not a really long flight and gives people options when they land again. Landing at past 7pm in the evening makes it awkward for people traveling north or west.
Is the VS12 being put back to normal for a while as well??

Its a worse time! No time in clubhouse. The return hasnt changed looking at the bookings. We have a few Boston coming up and the outs have been changed but the returns are the same looking at dummy bookings. Slightly worried return will change as on a tight schedule to get to Boston from FLL in april. Mine has moved by 3.05 departure to 1.05

I agree that it is a great new time, Boston was so busy early evening.
Can anyone confirm if the VS12 will change? Surely they will not want the plane to stay in Boston for 6+ hours

I doubt it, because the night curfew at LHR will limit what VS can do retiming the return.
