Only the most expensive (and flexible) fares are released on the day flights go on sale - probably entirely deliberately as airlines know there are "worryworts" who insist on booking immediately.
Give it a few days and the cheaper fare buckets will go on sale.

As other have said, higher fare buckets tend to be released first. Lower ones tend to arrive a few days later.

Just to reiterate this is normal. It is the same for BA and other airlines as well so it;s not VS specific.
On Cash fares they do indeed only upload the most expensive but flexible fares first with the cheaper buckets following on shortly after.
The highest fares are also upgradable so Y in Economy and W in PE.
With reward fares VS release them when they feel like.

Thanks I was just watching the release of fares for last few weeks and this is the only time I've seen this happen like I said last Saturday they were the cheapest on release day
