Big Wave from the LGW Clubhouse

Here at long last, quite a busy drive down, so many idiots on the road.

Not a very good night at the Hilton either, bed was too hard for us and the person in the next room had a very bad cough all night.

Anyway we are all here in the oasis of the Clubhouse, security was a nightmare no organisation. Greeted very warmly at check in and very nice staff in the Clubhouse it's very quiet with very attentative service.
Breakfast consumed and drinks ordered, can eat anything now as new teeth were fitted last week, it's been a revelation as regards to eating again after years of not.

After a not particularly auspicious start I'm sure things will rapidly improve now you are in the CH.

That's hopefully true , thank you for remembering , but I am in a bit of a high state as we are awaiting hospital test results for my travelling companion so I daren't let myself start the exciting countdown just yet.

Enjoy the CH and have a lovely trip!

Hope it's nothing too serious Hillary as it's always a worry while waiting for results.

We are trying to cram as much in as we can you never know what the future will bring. We have had quite a few people we know early 60's who have gone very suddenly. We are still young in our heads but our body's says no.

Quick update arrived on time superb flight and crew. Not keen on the new menu buts that's me, hubby loved it. Liked the 747 seats seemed more spacious than the 346 and comfortable. The IFE is good but have to really hard touch the screen.

Vegas very busy hotel full, but got a good room very quiet, comfortable and it's been in the low80's today. Trying not to eat too much (really).
