Is anyone else having problems accessing seat maps today, tried on my wifes and my own account and a message pops up to say "The seat map is unavailable to view online, please call the contact centre". No issues getting into the booking, just the seat map.

The seat map for our flights on VS1 on 28 April has been unavailable since we booked last year. We've been told repeatedly that it's to be fixed, there's to be an update to the system, IT are aware, all to no avail.

I'll live without seeing the seat map, but that's the only way I have to be sure we're still in the seats we want and still on the same aircraft.

I was told that it was a problem affecting relatively few pax on some flights booked during a particular time window, possibly because flight times/aircraft had been changed. My guess is that they won't actually bother to fix it because it's self-limiting - once those pax have flown, problem solved.

I can see the seat map for our September/October flights on VS1/VS2, for us it's just the April/May VS1/VS2 flights that are the problem.
