The VS IT gerbil is on crack this holiday weekend

One reward booking made today, but two identical lots of mileage taken out of my FC account.

Very easily rectified on the phone, but I think VS needs to put their IT gerbil into rehab and hire a new one.

VS need to sort the gerbils onboard today's 63.
