Yep - I had to call this morning because a booking I made yesterday was flagged as possible fraud by my credit card (Chase in USA). They said they can't access any bookings because their systems are down.

They were having issues yesterday too. I tried making a booking 4 times online, the first 3 the system timed out, and kicked me out. Then, they failed to try to charge my card immediately, and waited about 10 hours to do so, at which time it was flagged as suspicious.

taken us over an hour to check in on line from the usa- cant issue one of the roarding passes. Just kept getting logged out as page not found midway through check in

I think the system shut down might have been my fault :# I was in the middle of a very complex miles/rewards voucher/buy miles call with a lovely agent in Crawley when she went to seal the deal and "poof" the sytem was down v(
Apparently my 3x UC and 2x PE flights to MIA in October are safe ):
