Grrrrrrr. Sad person that I am, there I was at 11.15 ready to hit the check in button for my flight to LA tomorrow. But what do I get "Due to essential website maintenance our Online check in facility is currently unavailable".

Seriously Virgin Atlantic. Maintenance on the web site needs to be done out of flying hours. It's just one issue after another with their IT.
No wonder folk go to the 'other' sides :(! :(!

Try again, error messages are sadly common, wait a few mins, relaunch your browser or try another and it may well be OK.

Which are when exactly?

There's always a flight about to leave somewhere.

It's not compulsory to check in at exactly T-24!

Yes indeed I did forget about flights all around the world - I was just thinking UK timing.

Yes I am aware that its not compulsory at T-24 but as I pointed about I am a "sad person" hoping to have achieved that.
