After a fantastic 9 days in LA/Vegas/San Francisco it's time to head back to reality :(

OLCI done last night & a very poor Seq 46 & 47 obtained. v(

We were in the Clubhouse just after 2.30 pm but I've spent the last hour catching up on V-Flyer - I've only managed the Departure Lounge so far!

Clam chowder and chicken tacos ordered - a Lemon Drop (I've discovered these in Vegas and have developed a slight addiction to them) has been devoured so another one may be in the offing as there is another couple of hours chilling before boarding.

So far however although no spa the service had been wonderful - just hope it continues on the VS20! Outbound service on VS23 on 13th April was fantastic & met every expectation ^)

Unfortunately our chariot needs re-shoeing - or an engine check. They've sent us back to the Clubhouse where there are few staff left as the rest have gone home as we were supposed to have taken off by now.

I have no complaints - the staff who are here are working very hard and are very hospitable and I'd far rather the plane was sorted before we boarded!

Looks like the VS20 left just one hour late and has caught up about 30 mins of that en route ...

Thanks all - as Slinky said we were about one hour late departing & arrived approx on time - however when we got to Revivals hubby remembered he left his brand new Oakleys on the seat .......

Yes I agree that SFO is a lovely bijou Clubhouse - but doh I forgot to look for the pens!

The flight back was just as good as the outbound - the crew gave me a birthday pressie & card

Now to start plotting/planning the next trip!

MODS: can you let me know if I can post a picture of the card in my TR please as it will show names? Many thanks
