I am flying to Boston in PE next Thursday but last night I called to change the flight to Friday. Since making this update, I can't see to select a seat - I can go into the map but the seat number is blank and all the seats are blocked out and not selectable.

Anyone know what the problem is? Is it to do with the fact that my new e-ticket is not yet issued?

Or more than likely that all of the seats that are made available for pre selection have already been taken. They only allow so many to be select in adavance, the rest should be released at OLCI stage.

I had the same issue about two weeks ago. I was flying to MCO on the 1st May and unfortunately I had to delay the flight till the 9th. Paid the exchange fee over the phone and it appeared on my flying club account but I could not get the seat map. After 10 days realised I didn't have new e ticket so phoned call Centre again and said that they were having trouble processing payments and could they take my details again! So did so and hey presto could see seat map and got my e ticket virtually straight away. Maybe worth giving them another ring

I did a date change for my MCO trip this year.
It took about two weeks and three phone calls to get it fully processed. It seemed a case of left hand right hand not knowing what each other was doing.

My e-ticket has now been issued - it was within 2 days of them taking the change fee, but still no seats available so I guess pre-allocated seats have all gone. I'll be checking in on Thursday and trying to grab a decent seat!
