Jfk to Manhattan

Can anyone recommend a private transfer or car service form jfk. Looked on trip advisor but very mixed reviews .

I use Carmel Limo and others have recommended Dial 7

Pretty much of a muchness really but Carmel have always been reliable to me.

There was a similar thread not long ago where others chimed in - have a search and I'm sure it'll come up.

I found Uber very good on my last time into JFK. Picked up within a minute.

Carmel Limo, Uber, all the 7, regular taxi & air train (being the cheapest if theres 2 or 3 of you - that takes you to Penn Station)
I used Carmel Limo & it was the same price as the Taxi - Taxi to JFK is fixed price, this is advertised on the side of the door.
This cost me $70 (from Upper West Side) which included tolls & tip ($52 basic fare + tolls).
