Yes, but you will have to call Virgin to get them to add the miles manually as the system doesn't do it automatically when you have upgraded with miles.

IF you do not want to ring, I did it on the chat line and they did it straight away for me. Linda 8-)

Slightly o/t, but do people find the "chat" option in operation consistently? It did the business for me when I was doing a booking back in 2014, but when I was thinking about this year's use of miles it stayed persistently out of sight...

It appears seemingly at random intervals if you are browsing the site although I have found it pops up more frequently if I hang on an incomplete booking page or when searching for full cost fares ;-)

Takes a bit of routing around some times, but like clippy used to surprise me using text analysis, VS chat always pops up when there is money to be made :cool:

Couldn't have put it better Joey, its not always there and its six months since flown with Virgin, seems like longer, getting withdrawal symptoms.
