I was flying out of Chicago with Delta to connect onto a Virgin flight to Manchester, however due to snow in Chicago we were rerouted with Delta via Paris then onto an Airfrance plane. Am I still able to collect virgin miles for the flights as all the original flights where vs codes.

Also we were 6 hrs delayed and our cases where lost, ontop of delta not having any tonic onboard for a gin and tonic.

Yes you can ask for Original Routing Credit. You need to give VS customer services a ring as it's not something you can do on-line.

Some on here would regard the lack of tonic as worse than the re-route and the delay and missing luggage.

As Tonty has said, contact VS.

Have you got your cases back yet? And the lack of tonic sounds awful!!!
