Preview of UC menu -VS026

I'm in the process of typing up a TR of my recent flight over to DXB last weekend but I thought you might find it helpful if I posted the UC menu for the VS026 as I know some v-flyers also really like taking that flight and for those that don't it might just be good to see....

Breakfast (after take-off)

Breakfast cereals- Cornflakes, Bran flakes, Rice Krispies, Muesli and Apple & cinnamon porridge
Fresh fruit salad with Greek yoghurt or granola
Banana and Walnut muffin
Croissant with butter & Preserves
Bacon butty
The Full works - Omelette, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, potato Rosti and baked beans
Classic French toast with fruit compote and macadamia nuts

Dinner (served two hours before arrival)

Creamy Spring onion soup with crispy wonton strips
Mesclun salad with lemon dressing
Smoked salmon rilette

Beef fillet with roasted herb potatoes, asparagus and bernaise sauce
Chicken breast filled with cream cheese, garlic and chorizo with pearl barley risotto
Halloumi and vegetable terrine
Togarashi salmon salad

Bread & Butter pudding
Duo of mousses

Cheese & Port

......one final word. The Elderflower Collins and Champagne Sherbert are delicious from the Cocktails menu!

Currently there is: Elderflower Collins, Champagne sherbet, Kentucky Maid, Cranberry Martini and mocktail Apple and Elderflower Lemonade.

The Elderflower Lemonade is very nice (even I can't drink alcohol for the entire flight )
