Miles Boost with bonus?

Good morning, I have a query and wonder if anyone can help?

Last week I decided to increase my exsisting mile balance whilst VS were still running the miles purchase bonus promotion.

Firstly I purchased some 'buy miles' on-line and these have been credited with the 30% bonus.

I then phoned the FC. I asked to boost the flown miles from my March holiday and I did the 'double' option. This has been credited to my account. I mentioned the boost bonus and was told that would "come later". It is now over a week and the 30% bonus boost miles have not appeared.

I cannot find the e-mail I received regarding the promotion 30% extra miles offer and of course its no longer on the web site. I am beginning to wonder whether I imagined there was a 30% bonus being offered on the Boost miles promotion. Can anyone remember this or perhaps still has the offer email? Many thanks in advance. If I recall correctly the small print at the bottom of the email gave May 23rd as the date by which the 30% bonus on a boost would be credited.

I have the same recollection. My bonus arrived a couple of weeks after my application, and was backdated to the date of the application so didn't appear in the latest set of transactions on screen .

Thank you so much for that information, very very grateful. I didn't think I read the email wrong.

So I shall have to wait until 23rd May for the bonus 5k miles to appear on our accounts before I start worrying
