ANA Airlines Reward Seats Help

Hello

My wife and I are thinking about using our miles to fly London - Tokyo with our FC miles.

Has anyone tried getting First class rewards on this route and is there good availability?
Same question for business class if the First class is too hard to get.

What are the comparisons between ANA First & Business compared with Virgin Upper?

Looking to probably travel March / April time of year.

All info greatly appreciated.

I've managed First Class from Tokyo on ANA to London in February. However I had a real problem getting business seats (which we eventually managed) from London to Tokyo

And remember, there are no ONE WAY redemptions on ANA (well there are, but it's the same miles as a return!)

May i ask what call center you used for this booking.? I have never managed any joy with the UK one.
