Booking a VS flight on Delta.com

Hi

I am looking at 4 x Upper Class to MCO, i have noticed that booking the flight on Delta's website and its a VS operated flight is nearly £200 cheaper pp than booking on Virgins website!!

If i book on Delta.com do i still earn the same tier points and miles?
Anything else to take into consideration?

Out of interest Paul, what kind of dates did you see on Delta that were cheaper?
