I managed to bag 3 x UC seats for miles to ATL at Xmas and booked the connections to MCO with Delta for just over $960.
Last week I purchased 3 x PE seats to ATL and upgraded to UC with miles for Easter so I'm delighted! When looking at the Delta connections they're coming in at around $1360. I'm unfamiliar with this connection as we normally travel direct to MCO. Is this price likely to drop or should I book now in the event of an increase?

Is it worth looking at Southwest or would you recommend sticking to Delta?

I doubt they'll drop to be honest - my guess would be the cheapest fare bucket has sold out. Are the booking classes different?

As you point out other options are available so unless you need the VS miles & tier points DL would give you, go elsewhere.

Yes, there's a few different classes for different flights in economy at the moment but the flight I'd like it appears to be the most expensive.

I might just bite the bullet and book as I don't think the Southwest time will be convenient.

Thanks for the reply.

Possibly because lots of other people on your VS flight to ATL have had exactly the same idea.

Judging by other threads on here, it sounds like the ATL route has fast become a very popular way of getting to MCO. I think somebody said recently there were more than 100 connecting passengers on one flight - more than enough to sell out the cheapest fare buckets on the DL connection.
