VS 787 removed from DXB

I'm booked on VS400/401 in mid November which was scheduled to be a 789, however I've just received a timing change and when I looked in the GDS I see that the equipment is now an A333. What do you think the chances of the 789 coming back in are? Is there a delivery delay or another reason? I was really looking forward to trying it out.

Only VS know why! Could be that they need the larger PE cabin, could be that they need to use the B789 on a longer route for better fuel savings. Who could possibly say. There's no more deliveries scheduled until early next year so I wouldn't expect a delay to be the reason.

It looks like it's set to be operated by an A333 until April 5th, then a B789 until April 30th and then back to an A333 as of May 1st 2017.
