Facebook

It appears as though Visitor posts are no longer allowed on the Virgin Atlantic Facebook page. Over the last few weeks there have been more and more posts about slow customer service. This is a shame for people that have a quick question. Hopefully Twitter will continue?!

Are visitor posts the same as posts on their current thread? I can see people have posted including someone who isn't happy about a response (or lack of) to their complaint. I don't do FB but Twitter is invaluable for CS issues IME.

It doesn't look like Visitor Posts has been completely disabled or the FB servers haven't caught up yet. The option to post is still there and I can see some older posts from this and last year.

Edited... looks like a few FB pages/sites are having an issue with Visitor Posts. Ocado's have also disappeared
