Heads-up: In case anyone else has traveled in the past couple weeks and hasn't seen their miles hit their accounts (like me), here's the stock answer coming in from Customer Service:

Due to a recent system upgrade, not all our miles for recent flights have credited to accounts automatically. We are working on this as a priority and miles are expected to be added to members accounts within the next few days.

Missing miles will automatically be credited into member's accounts, so you won't need to worry about getting in touch with us to check. We would kindly suggest that you log into your Flying Club account online and check your balance.

I'm resisting the urge to contact FC at then moment, knowing how busy they are with the epic failure that has been the launch of the new website and the new improved Flying Club.
My FC account has entries missing from earlier this year and recent flights with Virgin America, only one has been credited with miles and TPs, but another has not. The same for my other half, except he has been given approx. 4x the miles and TPs for the same flight!!

At some point I'm going to give in and call and light a fire under someone's arse. But for now, I remain calm.
