Help! We are booked on a flight in February from MAN to ATL. I have logged on to VS website to input details of passport etc. Webpage comes up but all current information is incorrect. Tried clicking on boxes to amend and page just jumps down page and won't allow any changes. Has anybody else encountered this problem or is it just me.

Online bookings no longer hold passport data as the APIS data is now collected during OLCI.

Online bookings now only contain secure flight passenger data which the US system and is your D.O.B. and if applicable your Redress number and your Known Traveller Number (i.e. your Global Entry / TSA-Pre ID).

Whilst International airlines are currently not enrolled in the TSA-Pre program for International departures at US airports, it is on it's way within the next few months apparently.

If you have Global Entry and don't have a Redress number, apparently you can just enter the Redress number as 00 to save it (I do have both here anyway).

The Contact 'Optional info' section of online bookings where you enter your email address / mobile number for flight updates, your emergency contact details and your address whilst staying in the USA doesn't appear to work for anyone yet.

I suspect if you are still seeing passport info within your booking, it's just a glitch which would explain why you cannot update it.

There is a section within your new online Flying Club profile to save your passport info (any previously saved APIS data from the 'old' Flying Club profiles will no longer be there).

I believe this APIS info is pulled through during the OLCI process.

It just worked for me, at least when I went in through FC :) The slight glitch is that the email address on file loses the "_" in my address when loading and throws an error when trying to save. Putting the "_" back enables save again.

That happens to me as well. Interestingly, the same thing happens on Delta's site.

I've noticed that as least with VS, once you enter your secure flight info, the website then displays it once saved.

That doesn't happen on the DL website, whilst it does say it's saved, you don't see it.
