A very good evening from the Boston clubhouse.

It has been a fantastic trip over in Boston and we even managed to see a fair amount of snow as well as lows of -17oC The news does exaggerate with claims of -20oC, but not by much.

Check-in was speedy and done with a smile, but I do miss TSA pre-check at Logan. Security was a mess and not because good ol' blacky1 had managed to load his hand baggage with lotions and creams, being banished back to check-in to try again..

The TSA in their wisdom offered only this sage advice to the hoards of passengers 'can you move down please.. if you are passed this line, you have to move down.' To where TSA employee? To which line does this disembodied voice refer? The lines that you keep stopping to let only airline crew through perhaps.

Sealink and blacky1 say hi as we are firmly ensconced in the clubhouse being fed and watered well to make up for our terrifying experiences through security.

No sign of the chocolate ganache I am afraid LG... a cake of times long since past I fear.

Hope all have had a great weekend and have a fantastic start to the week. Bonuit

I have seen sealinks pics on face book drinking disgusting amounts of beer and mountains of food. So well done him!

None of his travel companions though!

He even stayed in the same hotel (the Godfrey) as I did in March nit far from Primark and Cafe Nero!

Have a cosmo in the CH for me. The waitress left me with the shaker and it was a shame to let it evaporate so I had to drink it all. Lovely sea food selection there as well.

Safe flight home

You boys... what trouble and strife have you left behind you I wonder? Hope the flight was good and you're all safely home and sober.

The town of Boston is still safely in tact... until next time.

Not a bad flight; UC was packed with off duty crew, some more annoying than others, blacky1's snoring could have woken the dead and my sleep was a bit hit and miss with all the turbulence. At some points it felt the belt was the only thing keeping me from flying into the overhead bin.

Caught up most of the delay from take off thanks to some pretty strong tailwinds, never really did hear what happened with those two extra pieces of baggage that kept us on the ground so long.

Revivals lounge showers were a very welcome sight to end the trip
